Installation

The options dialog is where you define which Outlook folders to monitor and where to save any received attachments. The options dialog is also used if you want to manually save existing attachments.  Below is a break down of the dialog and it's functionality.

Select Save Location Section
Here you define the hard drive location you want the attachments to be saved to. You can manually type in the path information  or use the browse button to select the folder path from hard drive directory list.

Pick Outlook Folder To Watch
Here you will see a list of folders currently available in Outlook. You select the folder you want to watch for attachments by clicking the selected folder

Active folders list
Here you will see a list of the source/destination selection made. Each line in this list show the Outlook Folder selected  and where the attachments from this folder is to be saved. The list is populated when you click the add button.

Add Button
Once a save location and Outlook folder have been defined you click the Add Button to add the data pair to the Active Folder List.

Remove Button
The remove button is used to remove a currently monitored Outlook folder from the process. Simply select an item in the Active Folder List and click the remove button.

Scan Button
The scan button is used to manually save attachments from a selected folder. The process is the same. You define a save location and select the Outlook folder to be monitored.
