POP3 Mail Source

This dialog is used to setup a mail source. This tells the program where the messages you want to use are found. The bottom portion of the dialog changes depending on the type of mail source selected. Described below is for setting a POP3 Mailbox as the Mail Source.

Source Type

From the drop down list select "POP3 Connection" Once selected the bottom portion of this window will change and allow you to select an available folder.

Delete After Parsing

Check this box if you want to automatically delete messages after they have been successfully parsed. Note caution using this option. Deleted messages are not retrievable after they are parsed.

Prompt Before Deleting

Check this box if you want to be prompted and allow you to choose whether or not the parsed messages is to be deleted. Note caution using this option. Deleted messages are not retrievable after they are parsed.

Delete Un-Used Messages

Check this box if you want to delete messages that are not parsed because they do not match the filter criteria. Note caution using this option. Deleted messages are not retrievable after they are parsed.

POP3 Account List

This list will hold any POP3 boxes that have been defined. You can have as many accounts defined as you want. You select which box to use by clicking the account name in this list.
